Fear is a nasty bastard, a tricky foe. Fear creeps in when you least expect it. Fear comes and talks so convincingly even the strongest, even the most confident often believe the lies.

Face it, we have been too lazy, too slow, too little belief in ourselves to do anything with our lives, and dang it, we don’t want anyone else to reach theirs either. If they do, it only makes it more apparent we gave up too soon, we didn’t try hard enough, or even at all.
Today’s fathers need to spend LESS time playing Call of Duty, and more time on their “calling” and “duty” as fathers.
It’s hard, really tough to just “stop” sometimes. Life gets all up in your grill and demands your attention, demands you run not walk, demands you get up OFF the chair and do something, and do it right now!
When was the last time you took the time or spent the effort to put yourself in someone else’s seat? To “walk a mile in their shoes?”
