Wake up in Rome… CHECK

Running in foreign cities at 5 am might not be your thing, but find out what is ‘your thing.’ Find out your best way to gain a new perspective, start doing it whenever and wherever possible.

Don’t let the lack of bridges be your excuse.

Don’t let the lack of bridged be your excuse, get on that raft and paddle for all your worth, paddle across that river before your opportunity passes and never comes again.

Wisdom is built solidly on a foundation of learning from mistakes and experience.

Embrace life’s experiences, the good and the bad, let them teach you what you need to be prepared and realize that all of those skills are the irreplaceable foundation of wisdom.

Journeys are not always comfortable, glamorous, or even all that fun.

Sure the drive up on a nice road is convenient, but getting there the slow way, the better way, the “one step at a time” approach is always the best.

Sometimes you find the most interesting things when you cross over to the other side.

When was the last time you took the time or spent the effort to put yourself in someone else’s seat? To “walk a mile in their shoes?”

Happiness is most elusive when made into a goal.

Find your purpose, embrace it, live it, have faith in it, and find your happiness.

Journeys often take you through unexpected adventures.

Don’t take yourself too seriously all the time, relax a little, maybe get a little lost, or try something new and exciting.

Loyalty is a under appreciated quality.

What we need is loyalty. Loyalty to one another, to know without a doubt that we have each other’s back, that we care about one another, dare I say we even love one another.

Always ready for an adventure with a good friend

Why? Why have we disconnected so much in our ultra connected world? What happened to breakfast with a buddy, or road trips with friends?
