Sure the drive up on a nice road is convenient, but getting there the slow way, the better way, the “one step at a time” approach is always the best.

People stab you in the back; deals fall through, stocks don’t go up, your pipes start leaking right when you don’t have the money to fix them.
Try not to overcomplicate it. Try not to be stingy with it. Try not to hold onto it so tightly it slips right through your grip.
