It?s 5:30 am. Time to get up.
Time to push when the body says ?are you nuts.? Time to drive when everything around says SLEEP.

Often the most critical time to push is when we least want to push, when it?s the hardest to get out of bed, to do that workout, to make that phone call.

Do it anyway, drive forward, make it happen, push against the constant pressure of mediocracy.

Take time to breathe.

Take the time to enjoy the life you?re working for. Take the time to play with the kids, date your wife, and actually, live. There is a time for driving forward, a time for pushing when everyone else gives up.

Don?t in the midst of that driving, forget why you started in the first place, don?t forget the meaning of it all, and rob yourself of the joy this life has to offer.

Take time to breathe.

No better place than 10,000 feet over #craterlake with your wife and two littlest kids! (7 & 9)

Thank you for the reminder. I think your piece is the reason I?m staying up waaay past my bedtime! I am enjoying life, this breath and the people I am privileged to share my life with.
    In peace.
